The moment we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived. A very heavy, very exciting box showed up at our doorstep this week: The official factory prototype for Legends of the Arena is here! Seeing the final art and layout of the game in person is an incredible feeling. We’ve spent months staring at these components on screens, and seeing them hit the table makes the finish line feel closer than ever.

The Deep Dive: Our Quality Checklist
While we’re tempted to just play round after round, we have a serious job to do first. We are currently auditing every single piece of this prototype to ensure the mass-production run is free (or - let’s be honest - nearly free) of errors. Because the factory is currently closed for Lunar New Year, the timing actually works out perfectly. It gives us a dedicated window to go over our checklist without the rush of immediate production deadlines. We’ll be checking colors, text, and making sure everything fits well in the box (even with sleeves!).
What’s Next?
Once the factory reopens and we’ve finished our review, we will provide them with any final adjustments before giving the green light for the full print run. We’re hunting for mistakes one last time so that when your copy arrives, it’s nothing short of legendary. Thank you for all of your support!
