Manufacturing Update
We have some exciting news to share before we head into the holidays: we have officially submitted production files to our manufacturer!
This means that graphic design and development for Legends of the Arena are fully complete. A huge shout-out to our graphic design team for helping us pull this together ahead of schedule! We are thrilled with how everything looks and are hoping to have a physical proof to show off early next year. For the next several weeks we will be working with the factory to make sure every detail is just right.
This was a massive effort, and we also want thank the developers who worked on the solo mode and arena variants. It was a lot of ground to cover, and bringing in more folks was incredibly helpful in getting us across the finish line.
Solo Mode Preview
Now that we’ve finalized all of the files we have a lot to show off! I’m not sure where to start, but solo mode seems like a good option because we haven’t talked about this in a little while. We’ve been playing a lot of solo mode because it is a great way to sneak in a little bit of testing in between other commitments. Not only that, but you can play cooperatively with your friends against multiple CPU opponents, add a CPU player to a team to make the sides even, or throw a bunch of CPU opponents into a free-for-all! The solo mode expansion includes solo modes for the 8 Legends in the base game, and the Chaotic Colosseum expansion includes solo modes for Olivia and Orion. Both expansions include the solo rules so you can jump right in.
I’ve shared a few images of the final solo cards below. You can pick between easy and hard mode, and the CPU player will react different based on the state of the board, so no two games are ever quite alike!

Looking Ahead
2026 is going to be a huge year for Legends of the Arena. We are planning multiple convention appearances and can’t wait to get the game into your hands. None of this would be possible without your amazing support!
As a minor note, late pledges will remain open through the end of this year. The pledge manager will open early 2026 to collect final shipping details.
